2. Description of Service

InspectFast is a voice-powered inspection management platform that allows users to create, manage, and share inspection reports using audio recordings, photos, and video recordings.

3. User Accounts

To use InspectFast, you must:

Create an account with a valid email address
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use InspectFast only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using InspectFast, including:

Inspection reports
Audio recordings and transcriptions
Photos and videos
Notes and annotations

By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

InspectFast offers both free and paid subscription plans:

Free plans may have limitations on features or usage
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
You can cancel your subscription at any time
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:

Perform scheduled maintenance
Make updates or improvements
Experience temporary outages
Suspend the Service for technical or security reasons

8. Intellectual Property

InspectFast and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Preisler Media. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute our software
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use our trademarks without permission
Remove or alter copyright notices

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of InspectFast is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and comply with applicable privacy laws.

10. API Usage

If you use our API:

You must authenticate with a valid API key
You agree to rate limits and usage restrictions
You may not abuse or overload our systems
We may revoke API access for violations

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse the Service or other users
Fail to pay subscription fees

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Limitation of Liability

InspectFast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Loss of data or content
Business interruption or lost profits
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Issues caused by third-party services

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InspectFast and Preisler Media from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
